The beast is....in Bollnäs!   9/10/2013

After the night in the hostel this pack still got time to go eat something in the city and take a look of the beautiful views before we continue our journey to Bollnäs. Thanks to 'The Simpsons' the trip goes pretty easily and this van is filled with cheerful laughter.

We arrive at the venue 'Tuppens' and it seems more of a place where are arranged folk-dancing-nights than metal concerts :D But that doesn't matter - all we need is good crowd and good sounds :) My condition getting worse and throat swollen and sore I'm getting a bit sad 'cause I'd love to enjoy every moment of this tour without any extra problems :( Well, no complainings and through the walls and fire!
The second show and like last night there ain't so many people. I think there's some severe problems in promotion :( Because I know U.D.O. is known and has listeners this is not what I've expected..let's hope this situation gets better in the next days ;)

After dinner time to get ready - hope I can do my vocal parts, I don't want to let anyone down. We have luck tonight! My voice lasts even though I've been caughing all day and guys played like hell's got loose :P In spite of the little crowd they are great and make us feel like kings. One guy in the crowd gave his leather hat to use during the show...hope someone's got some video material of it ;D We had a blast, thank you and love you Bollnäs people! Especially the young fellow who came up to me and we had several handshakes :)
We take funny pictures in the backstage, take our stuff and move to the nearby Hotel. What luxury, guys ask if want to have a room of my own and hell yeah I do! But of course if someone else in our group wants it more it's fine for me too. I get in my room and my jaw drops - the room is big and I got double bed :) I spend time in the hot shower for a long time and then got a call from Juuso we're going to eat together -at the local burger place 'MAX' : No problem getting fat on this tour :D After eating healthy food again it's time to wrap myself deep in the warm bed between the white clean sheets...mm.
